Leases and leaseholds
Kaiding represents clients on all matters involving leases and leaseholds. This area includes, among other things, negotiation of contracts, the drafting and termination of contracts, and disputes relating to leases and leaseholds both before the Rent and Tenancy Board and courts of general jurisdiction.
